Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or for large orders, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• We offer free shipping to all U.S. addresses.
   
• We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally (unless otherwise stated).
   

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing.
   
• Expedited shipping usually delivers within 2–3 business days after processing.
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
   

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
