At Harvest Moon Delights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Time frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened food, extracts, or perishable items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@harvestmoondelights.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
