I like to make frozen yoghurt treats using frozen fruit and my home-made yoghurt. Peach is one of my favorite flavors. In order to distribute the peach flavor throughout the yoghurt, I usually puree the peaches. However, if I do that, there are no peach chunks, and you never get the biting-on-a-piece-of-peach experience. I have therefore experimented with versions where I puree some of the peaches and leave others in chunks, but I never got the peachiness balance quite right.
This natural peach extract solved my problem. I can leave my frozen peaches in large-ish chunks and use the extract to impart a nice peach flavor on the yoghurt. The aroma of this extract is quite strong, and the peachy taste is very natural. I had to experiment a little with the dosing, but it worked out really well in the end. With this method I can also increase the yoghurt to peach ratio, which means I am getting more of the yoghurt creaminess without sacrificing peachiness. I'm very happy with the results, and I will definitely order this extract again.
I like to turn these extracts into soda with a little simple syrup and carbonated water. Peach is one of my all time favorite flavors, so a natural choice for me. Just a few drops of extract make an 8oz soda. This smells incredible, like the most perfectly juicy peach of all time. In flavor it loses a little of the brightness, and benefits from a dash of lemon juice to perk it up. Would also work to enhance a peach pie, to flavor sugar (cotton candy!), frostings, ice cream, whipped cream, etc. The extract is clear, so great for those avoiding coloring additives. My only other complaint is that it doesn't come with a dropper lid, which makes these small extracts easier to utilize.
I’m not fond of drinking plain water because it's well, plain. I love flavored sparkling water and already use a countertop soda carbonator, so when I saw this water-soluble peach extract, I knew exactly what I wanted it for.
When I first opened the bottle, I was hooked by the fresh, luscious peach fragrance. There’s no artificial “peach candy” note; just a natural peach aroma. The flavor is bold without being overpowering and has a noticeable natural sweetness. I originally planned to add liquid stevia when using this in sparkling water, but I found that a little over 1/8 teaspoon of extract in 12 ounces of carbonated water makes a refreshing peach-infused drink that doesn’t need any additional sweetener.
I’ve also tried this extract in whipped cream, using about 1/2 teaspoon per 1/2 cup of cream. In this application, I did prefer to add sweetener, and the result was a lovely peach-flavored topping.

This extract smells so wonderful to me - a nice strong peach smell but not artificial. The extract tastes even better - a good flavor without any strange/chemical aftertaste. I appreciate that this extract is made in the USA and that it contains organic peaches.
A little goes a long way with this extract, so this generously sized 2 oz bottle should last me quite a while! The instructions say to start out using/adding 1 teaspoon of extract. I started out using 1/2 teaspoon and found that the flavor was already quite strong. Besides using this in baking, I also like to add a bit to cold drinks/juice as well as to my morning coffee. Overall I feel this is a quality extract that works well, and is a good value for the money. I actually just used the coconut extract by this brand in my sugar cookies, because I ran out of vanilla. It worked wonders at modifying the flavor profile, so now I'm eager to try the peach extract in it for Valentine's Day.

I added a drop to my tea - yumminess personified. What I PLAN on doing with it is for making a batch of what we call "wedding cookies." You know, those round cookies that you roll in powdered sugar after they're done? I think some call them "Mexican Wedding Cake Cookies" and some call them "Russian Tea Cakes." Apparently, there are a lot of names for them. Hahaha! Most recipes call for almond flavor, but I've made them with some lemon flavoring and they are DELISH!
NOW I am going to make them with peach.
It is versatile! But, as you can see in the background, I am making candles. It is NOT GOOD for that because it is water based and not oil based. So don't get any ideas about doing that from what's in the background.

I bought this extract to try in my iced tea. It is extremely concentrated with a pleasant flavor. I use just 1/4 teaspoon to flavor 1/2 gallon of tea. It seems a little pricy to me, but that is a value judgement everyone must make for themselves.

Smells like peaches and heaven! Tastes like mostly peaches plus a little alcohol. If tasted directly, there are slight bitter afternotes but that does not seem to show if it's added to water or other food items. I do sometimes just add this to a water based drink to bring up the flavor. Also it works well for flavoring whipped cream. 2 oz is a good size for testing it out or occasional cooking but you may go through it fast if you use it often. Also there is no dropper option built into the bottle so it's a little hard to control the dose. Another con is one of the ingredients is peach flavoring which is not a well defined ingredient. However the ingredients do also contain real peach and at only 20 calories per teaspoon and with good flavor, this is a nice option to have around in the cabinet. It comes in a darkened glass container to protect from light and it's always nice that extract does not require refrigeration. The listing description looks thorough and accurate and the current price of $15 is in my opinion reasonable for the quality you get.

This adds a good peach flavor to smoothies, but you have to be careful not to add too much. There is a hint of artificial flavor if you get too much of it. The scent from the bottle is nice, but slightly incomplete. I like it, but I can tell something is missing, at least for me. It blends well into other things though, and works great to enhance subpar peaches. It's been nice having this in my pantry.
This versatile extract will give a fresh peach flavor in many applications. The extract is plenty strong, so a little goes a long ways. My favorite uses have been to flavor whipped cream for on top of pie and in a simple cobbler dough where is pairs well with any fruit I am using. Excellent value for the size of the bottle.

This is a natural peach extract made in the USA with limited ingredients. I got this to make syrup and to use in dessert recipes. It is a generous bottle and it tastes amazing. It does not have a dropper with it so I got me one that fits the bottle because I am afraid to accidentally spill this and waste the precious nectar. This blends well and tastes like real peaches with no weird aftertaste. It is an excellent addition to tea, ice cream, baked breads and more. It is an excellent quality extract and I will continue to use and repurchase.
This tastes amazing. A little definitely goes a long way for drinks and sweets- but it's hard to measure with the open bottle. I've absolutely over-killed it on tea and yogurts when I only needed a drop or two. Perhaps a rubber dropper style or the little cap that snaps on to essential oil bottles would be good? Either way, it's a bright smooth peach flavor that is more fruit than candy!
I love peaches but they aren't always good out of season so I thought this might give me my peach fix off season and for sure it does. I tried a few drops in yogurt which is my go to for trying flavorings and this made it taste just like peach yogurt. I love to make sweet breads so this will come in handy for that as well as the usual like yogurt, smoothies, and pudding.
