I love this organic almond extract from Harvest Moon Delights. It's aroma and flavor is great when baking almond cookies. It's nicely concentrated, not like watery liquid like some other products out there. The bottle is versatile and easy to use when adding in. Baking with this has been a delight. I am also thinking of using this with frozen yogurt for the kids. At $7.5/ounce, the price is competitive with other organic extracts out there.

This is a high quality extract. The minute I opened the bottle a very nice smell welcomed me. The consistency is liquid, but it is thicker, definitely not watered down like others. It is not gel like, just thicker liquid. Ingredients listing is clean, and being organic is definitely a plus for me and a healthy option. Taste is pure almond taste and it is great for baking or other deserts. A little drop or teaspoon (depending on the batch) goes a long way. Happy customer and would definitely recommend!

This extract is tasty. It has an excellent aroma. It smells just like marzipan (as it should). My wife made some bread with it, and it was quite tasty. I have no idea how it compares to any other almond extract, but this one is good. It seems to be clear, which I assume is normal. If you need some almond extract, buy this one. It's good. I have not shopped for pricing on extracts lately, but I don't care if it's organic so I might jump for a much cheaper non-organic version if I needed it, as well.

This is high quality sweet almond extract. The taste is perfectly sweet and nutty and it blends in seamlessly.
I use almond extract in both baking and in coffee drinks. This works perfectly in either, but it’s especially great in coffee. Just a little splash (I’ve been using 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon) and it gives a great flavor and subtle sweetness. If I’m craving something sweeter I add some monk fruit drops. It’s a great way to get fancy coffee shop taste without the added calories and sugar.
I really appreciate that it is in a tinted glass bottle. It helps to preserve the taste and I prefer glass storage over plastic. While this is more expensive than a conventional almond extract, it is organic and made in the USA so I feel like it is still a good value. Given the excellent taste and quality, I would buy this again.

I love almond flavoring and this extract is no exception; it's got a very pleasant flavor. I tested it out in some whipped cream with a little bit of copper dye. Trying it out like this helped me taste the full flavor without many other ingredients along with looking like the food from the movie Hook because why not? The almond flavor is very nice and strong without being overpowering. I am excited to use this in other recipes, I think it would really amp up the flavor of cookies or waffles/pancakes. The extract is transparent, so it won't add color to anything you make. It doesn't take a lot of the extract to pack your recipe full of flavor. I love the fact that this brand doesn't add sugars and preservatives and keeps the flavor natural and organic. It's nice to have a quality product that hasn't been dulled down to a bunch of synthetic trash.
Overall, I am very happy with this extract and think it's a nice value for the price and quality.

I ordered and received the Harvest Moon Delights Organic Almond Extract - 2 Oz bottle. This almond extract is is infused into a combination of organic vegetable glycerin and organic alcohol. When tasting it, I like that I do not notice the alcohol that an all alcohol extract can impart. I like the simple ingredient list which consists of only four items: organic vegetable glycerin, organic alcohol, water and oil of bitter almond. The almond extract smells divinely like sweet almonds. I tried this extract in my hot morning beverage and I am looking forward to mostly using it in my home baked desserts.

This bottle arrived well sealed and the extract was fresh and smelled amazing. I regularly use almond extract in frostings and some baked goods and this passed the muster compared to other good quality pure almond extracts that I've used from other companies. I like that it comes in a glass bottle. I tried this extract in some no-bake chocolate oatmeal haystacks and they came out amazing with the typical heady almond extract smell.

This is really lovely almond flavoring that gives a strong almond flavor to dishes. I use a lot for baking and I think this is much better quality than others I have been using. I like the good ingredients and that nothing artificial is added to it. This is a really potent almond extract and a little goes a long way.

Oh my gosh this stuff is delicious! I have used almond extracts before and they have never had this sweetness to them. This one just tastes like wonderfully sweet almond. I means straight out of the bottle it smells and tastes fantastic.
I think you could actually put a couple of drops of this extract with a couple of dashes of sugar-free syrup and some cream and make some fantastic tasting frou frou coffee! I've just never tasted an extract that was this sweet. And I have looked all over the bottle. It says clearly there is no added sugar, it is a simple list of ingredients and I cannot for the life of me figure out why it is so sweet.
I think this is a very high quality product, it has amazingly strong smell and taste of fresh ground almond. It reminds me of some very expensive marzipan I bought years ago. This is truly decadent extract! It's so concentrated, I don't know if you would really need to use quite as much in recipes so I think this bottle will be quite long-lasting. I think it's a great value and I will buy again!

This comes in a glass bottle. Mine arrived intact and not leaking. I love the flavor of this. It has a strong smell, but is a little on the sweet side, which I really like. I put it in coffee, as I put a lot of different things in coffee. But the main thing I have used it in is homemade pancakes. I like mixing up different pancake mixes and then freezing them for work week mornings. This has leveled up the flavor. I also used it in some protein balls. It has worked well with everything. The two-ounce bottle is a good amount, as not much is needed in recipes. I feel this will last me a while. The current price of $15 is a little higher than I normally pay, but fair for the amount and how good it tastes.
